Sai Estate Agent Interior Designer

We operate out of Shop No 1 in the Shiv Krupa Compound, located right on the Andheri East station road. Being so close to the station means there is a never-ending flow of people passing by our door all day long. We are also near Milan Sweet, which is a place everyone seems to know in this area. Our business is a mix of real estate and interior design. Some days we are helping someone find a rental apartment, and other days we are looking at floor plans and deciding where to put a new kitchen cabinet or what color to paint a wall. The office is usually cluttered with property files, paint samples, and fabric swatches. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit overwhelming when we have a few people in at once. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and have seen Andheri change quite a bit over the years. It’s a fast-moving part of the city. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our design work is shown through photos of previous jobs we’ve done for neighbors. We just try to give honest advice about what will work in a small Mumbai flat. It’s a lot of running around between different sites and meeting people at the station. We enjoy the variety of the work. It’s just a small team of us here, trying to make things work for our clients.
