Sahil Travels

Sahil Travels is located in Mahim at the Travasso House. It's an old building, but it has some character to it. We are pretty close to Udyog Mandir, so people use that as a landmark to find us. We mostly spend our time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for folks. It’s a small office. Just a couple of computers and a lot of maps on the wall. We’ve been in Mahim for a long time now. People around here know us by name. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Usually, it's just someone coming in to ask about a bus or a train ticket. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that helps a little. My brother handles the phone calls mostly. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to help the neighbors get where they need to go. Sometimes the bookings are easy, other times they take all morning to get right. We just take it as it comes. It’s a simple business. We like being near the main road because it’s convenient for everyone. You can stop by if you're walking past Udyog Mandir. There’s usually someone here during the day to talk to. We just do our best with what we have and don't worry too much about the rest. Sometimes the old windows rattle when a big truck goes by, but we are used to it by now. We just keep the door open for a breeze.
