Safiya Travels Mumbai

If you know Mumbai, you know how packed the area around Mohd Ali Road can get. We are located right there on Kambekar Street at number 76/1. It is a very lively part of the city, with the smell of food and the sound of horns everywhere. We spend our days helping people with their travel plans, mostly sorting out tickets and passports. The office is small and usually has a few people waiting on the wooden benches we put out. It is a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, but that is just South Mumbai for you. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counters, filing papers and talking to customers. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the internet slows down, but we just keep going. Working near Mohd Ali Road means we are right in the middle of everything, which is convenient but also very loud. We’ve been at this address for a long time, so most of the local shopkeepers know us. We aren't a big corporate agency; we are just a local travel office trying to help people get where they need to go without too much trouble. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks in through the door. We just handle the bookings and keep the files in order.
