Sadhrta

We are located in 401, Midas Chambers, which is just off New Link Road in Andheri West. Being right opposite Yash Raj Films means there’s always something happening outside, though we’re mostly just busy with our own work inside. Sadhrta is a name we picked because it meant something personal to the founders. The office is on the fourth floor, and the elevator is a bit slow, so we often end up waiting in the lobby chatting with the neighbors. Inside, it’s a mix of desks and old filing cabinets. We have a view of the street, and during the monsoon, you can watch the rain come down hard on the Link Road traffic. It’s a lively part of Mumbai to be in. We don’t really follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and get on with the tasks. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. We’ve had the same tea guy bringing us cutting chai for years now. The office isn't a showroom; it's a workspace. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff and making sure we stay on top of our list. It’s a plain, honest way to run a business in a busy city.
