Sadguru Balumama Travels

Our office for Sadguru Balumama Travels is based in Chinchpokli East, right near Kalina and the Chinchpokli area. It is a very active neighborhood with people constantly moving around. We do travel work here, which mostly means helping people figure out how to get to other cities or arranging local trips. The shop isn’t hard to find if you know where the station is. We have been in this spot for a while now. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking. Then a group will come in wanting to book a bus for a wedding or a family trip and things get busy fast. We handle a lot of the small details that people don't want to deal with themselves. It is mostly about knowing the roads and which drivers are reliable. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the travel business. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing. Other times it is quiet enough to hear the trains. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to make sure the people who come to us get their tickets and their rides sorted out properly. It can be a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons, but we are used to that. Dealing with schedules and delays is just part of the daily routine here in Chinchpokli. We just keep at it and try to keep things simple for everyone. It works for us.
