Sadalaxmi Realities and Developers Private Limited is our company, and we operate out of Ghatkopar East in Mumbai. You can find us at 7-A Ramde Kutir, which is part of the Ram Bhuvan building on M. G. Road in the Rajawadi area. It is a very central location and a busy street, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Our office is a practical space where we handle all our real estate and development business. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big corporate setup. It’s just a regular office with desks, some chairs, and plenty of files for the properties we manage. We like being in Ghatkopar because it keeps us close to the people and the projects we care about. We don't use a lot of promotional language or try to sound like a giant firm. We are just local developers who know the Mumbai market and try to do things the right way. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting people to talk about real estate. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve been doing it for a while and we know how things go. If you are ever in the Rajawadi area, Ram Bhuvan is a well-known spot. We don't have a flashy entrance, just a simple door where we do our daily work.
