We are located at Mani Bhuvan in Goregaon West, which is a busy residential and commercial pocket of Mumbai. Our office is in Room 3 on Plot 11 in Jawahar Nagar. It’s a small space, but it’s where all the planning for our construction projects happens. We do a lot of building work, mostly focusing on residential projects in the suburbs. The area around G B Road is always crowded, so getting our materials to the site can be a bit of a logistical nightmare. We spend most of our time out on the field, wearing helmets and checking the quality of the work being done by the contractors. It’s a hands-on business. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. My phone is usually buzzing with calls from suppliers or clients asking for updates. We don't have any polished marketing speeches or big promises. We just look at the site, figure out what needs to be built, and then we go about doing it. Sometimes there are delays with the permits or the labor doesn't show up, and we just have to manage those hiccups as they come. It’s a simple, straightforward way of working. We’ve been in Goregaon for a while now, and we just focus on doing our jobs properly every day. We aren't a giant company, just people who know how to build things properly and stay on top of the details.
