Sacheta Infradevelopers LLP is based in Kandivali West. We are at number 06 in Shree Naman Plaza, which is situated on S.V. Road. If you know Mumbai, you know S.V. Road is one of the main veins of the city. It’s always busy and there’s never a quiet moment outside. We’ve been here in the 400067 area for quite a while. Our office is a small, practical space where we handle all our infrastructure and development work. It’s not a very big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There is always some permit to check or a contractor to call. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything. We just show up and do the work. The building, Shree Naman Plaza, has a lot of other small businesses too. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors during breaks. Dealing with infradevelopment in a crowded place like Kandivali has its own set of problems, but we just deal with them as they come. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure things are on schedule. The office can get a bit messy with all the maps and files lying around. We just try to keep everything moving and make sure our projects are heading in the right direction. It’s just a normal job for us, and we are usually here late most nights getting it all finished up.
