We are based in room 402 of the Sai Srishiti building. The address is CTS 182 on C.G. Marg in the Chembur area. We are located right behind Gulab Park. Sacchai Redevelopment & Construction Management Private Limited is the name of our company. Being in Chembur means we are in a very busy part of Mumbai City. The pin code is 400074. Our office is on the fourth floor and the lift is a bit old so it moves slowly. The building itself is a mix of homes and offices. C.G. Marg always has a lot of cars and rickshaws moving around. Behind Gulab Park it is a little bit quieter than the main road. We have a few desks squeezed into the space. There are stacks of paper everywhere because redevelopment involves a lot of documentation. It is not a very large office but it works for us. We have a small window that looks out over the rooftops of other buildings. We spend our days meeting with residents and going through project plans. It is a lot of hard work but we just take it one day at a time. The local tea guy brings us drinks twice a day. We are just a local team doing our thing in Chembur. It is a practical location for the work we do. There is nothing fancy about our setup at all.
