S M Travels

S M Travels is situated at number 13 in the Hilton Tower, which is on Ghod Dhod Road in Andheri East. It’s a well-known building in a very busy part of town. We run our travel agency from this office, which is pretty simple and focused on work. We don't have any high-end decor or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit and handle travel bookings all day. Andheri East is always moving fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We help people with all sorts of travel needs, whether it's a quick trip or something longer. The office can get a bit loud when the phones are all ringing at once, but that’s just how it goes. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to push people into things they don't need. We just look at what's available and give them the information. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls, and we stay busy from the moment we open. Many of our clients are people working in the nearby offices or locals who have been coming to us for years. We aren't a huge company, just a small team trying to do a good job. We take things as they come and try to keep everyone on schedule without too much stress. If the traffic is bad, we might even stay a bit late.
