S K Housing

Our small office for S K Housing is located at A/6 in Andheri West. It is not a huge place, but it is where we do all our work. Andheri is always noisy and crowded, so there is usually a lot of energy right outside our door. We deal with all sorts of housing matters, from small apartments to larger family homes. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or meeting people who are looking for a new place to stay. It is a lot of talking and listening to what people need. We have been in this part of town for a long time, so we have seen how much the rents have gone up. We try to be honest about the buildings we know. If a place has bad plumbing or the neighbors are too loud, we usually mention it. It is better than having someone complain later. We spend a good amount of time handling the rental agreements and making sure the deposits are sorted out. The paperwork can be a real chore sometimes. We keep the kettle going for anyone who stops by to chat about property. It is just a few of us working here, and we don't try to act like a big corporate firm. We are just local people who know the Andheri area and help out where we can. Sometimes the traffic makes us late for meetings, but that is just how life is in this city.
