S J Travels

We are based over in Borivali West, not too far from the Aquaria Club. If you live around here, you probably know the area well. It’s a nice enough spot to run a travel business. S J Travels isn't a massive agency with dozens of employees. It's just us handling the bookings and making sure people get where they need to go. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at computer screens. The office is pretty simple, with a couple of chairs for people who walk in. Most of our day is spent sorting out tickets or arranging cars for local trips. It gets busy during the holidays, which can be a bit stressful, but we manage. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to apologize to whoever is waiting. That's just how it goes sometimes. We’ve been in Borivali for a while and we like it here. It's a good community and we see a lot of the same faces over and over. We don't have any fancy brochures with big promises. People just come to us because we're nearby and they know where to find us. It’s a regular business run by regular people. We try to be helpful when someone walks in looking for a way to get to the airport or a nearby city. Usually, we're just busy with the paperwork and trying to keep the schedules straight for everyone who relies on us.
