S A Travels

S A Travels is based in Bandra West, tucked away in a room on the first floor. We are at Room No 12, Sayyed Building, which is near Zaveri Bazar and the Kca Hall. It’s a busy little corner of Bandra. We help people with their travel plans, mostly booking tickets and organizing transport. The office is very simple—just a couple of desks and a wall calendar. It’s not a luxury travel agency. We spend most of our time on the computer checking schedules or talking to drivers. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way over the phone. It can be stressful when someone’s flight is delayed or a bus is cancelled, but we try to fix it. We know the regular customers by their first names. Many of them live in the nearby buildings. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny storefront. We just rely on being here when people need a ticket. The area around Kca Hall is always lively, so there’s never a dull moment outside our window. We’ve been running this for a good while now. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure people get where they need to go. We aren't perfect, but we do our best to stay on top of things and keep the business going year after year. We keep a stash of tea for when things get too busy and the phones start ringing.
