We operate out of apartment 102 in the Lingnandoba building. It’s located on Plot B61 in Sector-20B, Airoli. This part of Navi Mumbai has changed a lot since we first set up here. Being in a residential apartment building gives our office a bit of a homey feel, though it’s all business once you step inside. We focus on property and development, which keeps us pretty busy with all the new construction happening nearby. Navi Mumbai-400708 is a good spot because it’s a bit less chaotic than the main city, but still close enough to get anywhere we need to go. Our team is usually out on various sites, but 102 is where the planning and the paperwork happen. We have desks squeezed in where they fit, and there’s always a pot of tea or coffee going for the staff. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more of a place where we sit down with blueprints and try to figure out how to make things work for our clients. People in the building know us, and we’ve become part of the local scene over the years. We handle a lot of the details that go into making buildings happen, from the initial permits to the final handovers. It’s a lot of steady work without much fanfare. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without overcomplicating things.
