Russian Express

Our place, Russian Express, is tucked away in Versova, Andheri West. We are at Plot Number D/6, right behind the old telephone exchange. If you know the area, it's not too hard to find us once you get off the main road. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, though the traffic in Andheri can be something else entirely. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through travel details and papers. It's mostly about helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Sometimes it’s just a lot of checking dates and making sure names are spelled right on forms. Versova is a nice part of town to work in, even if the parking is a bit tight around the building. We don’t really do any big ads or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby and saw the sign. We keep our office fairly simple. There’s always some paperwork piled up on the desks, and the tea guy comes by every afternoon. The office is a bit small once you get two or three people in here talking about their passports at the same time. Versova has changed a lot since we first moved into the plot behind the exchange. We keep the AC on mostly because the afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard. It's just a normal workplace.
