Rushabh Developers is based right here in Goregaon West. We spend most of our days out on various project sites or sitting in the office trying to get the permits sorted out. It’s a busy part of town, as anyone living here knows, and doing construction in this area comes with its own set of headaches like narrow lanes and tight schedules. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices; it’s just a small team of us making sure the bricks and mortar go where they are supposed to. Some days are smoother than others. You might find us arguing with a supplier about a late delivery or just walking around a site making sure the floors are level. We've seen Goregaon change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the building part of things. It’s a lot of physical work and managing different crews of people who all have their own way of doing things. Sometimes we're behind a desk, but usually, we're out where the noise is. We don't have fancy slogans. We just show up every morning, handle the daily issues that pop up on-site, and try to finish what we started. If you're walking around the West side, you’ve probably seen some of our work without even realizing it. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit messy sometimes with the dust and the monsoon rains messing up our timelines.
