RUPAREL SHREEJI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

So, we are Ruparel Shreeji Construction Private Limited. Our main workspace is up on the 14th floor at Ruparel Iris, specifically office 1401 on Plot 273. It’s a decent view of Mumbai from up there, especially being right on Senapati Bapat Marg. Being in the 400016 pin code area means we are right in the thick of things. Construction is a tough business, and we spend a lot of our days coordinating between the sites and the office. It’s a lot of phone calls, checking on supplies, and making sure the labor is sorted. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to put buildings together and handle the logistics that come with it. The office can get pretty loud when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. We’ve had some long days here, especially when deadlines are tight. It’s funny how much paper a construction company can go through even though everything is supposed to be digital now. We just take it one day at a time and try to solve the problems that pop up on the sites. It’s not glamorous work by any means. It’s mostly dust, concrete, and trying to keep the budget from going haywire. We like being based in this part of town because it’s central and everyone knows where the Iris building is. That's our daily reality here.
