Rupa Travels

Rupa Travels is based out of Malad West. We are located along Kunigal Road, right besides the Mood Restaurant. If you are driving down that way, the restaurant is a good landmark to look for. Our office is a simple one where we handle bookings and travel plans for people in the area. Most days involve sitting at the desk, answering the phone, and trying to figure out the best routes for whoever walks in. It’s not a big corporate office; it’s more of a local spot where neighbors come to talk about their trips. We’ve been in Jakkasandra for a while, so we know the area pretty well. Sometimes it gets hectic when the holiday season is coming up, and everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We just do our best to get things sorted. The restaurant next door always smells like food, which makes us hungry by mid-afternoon. We don’t have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know how the travel business works. People trust us because we’ve been here and they know where to find us if something goes wrong with a booking. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking schedules on the computer. Malad is a busy place, but our little corner on Kunigal Road is where we get things done. We just keep it honest and try to help people get where they need to go. We have a few chairs for people to wait in while we print out their tickets or look up bus timings. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask people to wait.
