Runwal Construction Private Limited has its office in Sion East. Specifically, we are at Shop 5 on the 5th floor of the Omkar Esquire building. It’s a bit of a funny address being a shop on the fifth floor, but that’s how it’s laid out. Sion is a central spot in Mumbai, so it’s easy for us to get to different parts of the city. We’ve been doing construction for a while now. The building is usually pretty busy with other offices and businesses. We spend our days dealing with permits, contractors, and site visits. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. Our office isn't anything too special to look at, just a place to get the work done. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets for all the project documents. Mumbai construction is never easy with all the rules and the weather, but we’ve learned how to manage. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just tell people we build things and then we go out and do it. Being in the 400022 area code puts us right in the thick of things. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close, but that’s just the construction life. We appreciate the people who work with us and keep things moving. It’s a practical, local operation based right here in Sion and we plan to keep it that way for years.
