Ruchoks

We are located in Powai, specifically in Building No 9, A/904 at Cosmopol. It’s a residential setup where we handle most of our work for Ruchoks. We started out very small, just making a few items for friends, and then it just grew into something more over time. Being on the 9th floor means we have a decent view of the area, but mostly we are just looking at the ovens and the ingredients we have spread out. Powai is a busy place, but our building is tucked away enough that it stays relatively quiet for us to work. We do a lot of our work in the evenings when things cool down a bit and the kitchen isn't so hot. It’s a family-run thing, so there’s always someone in the kitchen or checking on the inventory. We don't have a big fancy office or a shop on the street level. It’s just our space in Cosmopol where we get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the boxes and supplies piled up, but we’ve found a rhythm that works for us. We buy what we need from local markets whenever we can. My mother still helps with some of the recipes we use. We try to stay organized, but with a small team, things can get a bit chaotic during the holidays or busy weeks. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a simple life making food in our apartment.
