Ruchak Chemicals

Ruchak Chemicals is based in Mulund West at Office No D/4/405 in the Diwali Darshan building. We are right on MG Road, very close to the Jain Temple. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the temple is, so it’s easy to give directions. Our office is where we handle the orders and the paperwork for the chemical business. It’s a modest space, nothing too fancy. We have samples in small bottles on some of the shelves and a lot of ledgers on the desks. Most of the day is spent talking to suppliers and customers over the phone. Since we are on MG Road, it gets quite loud outside with the crowds and the vehicles, but we’re used to it. Sometimes we go over to the temple during a break just to have a few minutes of peace. We are a small team and we’ve been in this building for many years. We know the other shop owners and the people who work in the nearby offices. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the relationships we’ve built over time. It’s a steady business and we take pride in just doing a good job every day. The office is a bit cramped, but it works for us and the way we do business.
