Pankaj Industries

Pankaj Industries is out here at Plot No. 5 in the Indo Industrial Estate No.3. This part of Village Navghar has grown a lot lately. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we get the work done. The estate can get pretty crowded with all the other units nearby. You have to be careful driving through the narrow lanes between the blocks. We have a decent sized space inside for our equipment. Most of the guys live nearby, so they walk or bike in. The air is always thick with the smell of grease and metal. It’s what you expect in an industrial area like this. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the number on the gate. We spend our days mostly keeping the machines running. When something breaks, we fix it ourselves. There isn't much talk about big plans or anything like that. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. Lunch is usually eaten together in the shade of the back wall. It's a quiet time before the noise starts up again for the afternoon. We've seen a lot of neighbors come and go over the years, but we’ve stayed put in this spot. Navghar is a busy place, and we are just one part of the machinery here. We don't do much marketing or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just stopping in.
