Ruby Engineering Works

We are tucked away on Chandan Street in Mandvi, right at the 16/52/54 spot. It is a bit of a crowded area with lots of other shops and businesses all packed in together. Our workshop is usually quite noisy with the sound of machines running and metal being worked on throughout the day. It is definitely not the cleanest place in the world, as there is usually some grease on the floor and metal shavings tucked in the corners, but that is just how engineering works go. We take on all sorts of repair jobs and custom pieces that people bring in to us. Most of our tools have been with us for a very long time and they still work better than most of the new stuff you find in stores these days. The guys working here have calloused hands and they know exactly how a machine should sound when it is running just right. We do not spend much time on computers, we are usually busy with a wrench or a torch in our hands. It gets quite stuffy and hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. People from the neighborhood know they can drop by if something breaks and we will take a look at it for them. We do not have a big sign or any kind of marketing team. We just open up the shutters in the morning and stay until the jobs are finished for the day. It is honest work and it keeps us all busy enough.
