Rttricone Juhu Beach Development Llp is located over at Agripada, specifically in Elite Residency on Dr. Anandrao Nair Road. We are on the fifth floor, room 502. It’s an interesting spot near Jacob Circle, which is always humming with activity. Even though our name mentions Juhu Beach, this is where we do the actual day-to-day office work. We handle a lot of the planning and the boring administrative stuff from this desk. Being in Plot C, S No /1887, we’ve got a decent view of the neighborhood. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street, but we’re used to it. We spend our mornings going through emails and the afternoons usually involve meeting with folks or heading out to check on progress elsewhere. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated to explain. We’ve got a small crew here. Most of us have been in this line of work for years, so we know how the local system operates. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that, just our desks and plenty of files. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Some days are slower than others, but that is how development goes. We’re just local people working in a local office, trying to keep our projects on track and on budget.
