We are on the second floor of Arsiwala Mansion, which is at Plot 59/61 on Nathalal Parikh Marg. Being in South Mumbai, the building has that old charm and the high ceilings you don't see much anymore. Our office is room number 23. It’s a busy area with lots of history and even more traffic. Parking is always a nightmare around here, so most of us just walk or take the local transport. Inside the office, it’s pretty standard. We have our tables, some old chairs, and plenty of maps and drawings scattered around. The 400005 area is always humming with energy. You can hear the taxis honking from the street while we work. It’s not a shiny new glass tower, but Arsiwala Mansion has character and it serves us well. We’ve been operating from this floor for some time now. Colaba is a unique place to have a business because you have the sea nearby and all these historic buildings around every corner. We spend our days going through site plans and taking calls. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files we keep, but we make it work. It feels like a real part of the old city here.
