It’s a quiet street most of the time, which is helpful when we are trying to focus. We’ve been based in this apartment for some time now. It’s on the second floor, so it’s easy enough to get to. The colony has a very specific feel to it, lots of trees and old buildings. We like it here because it feels relaxed. Our workspace is pretty simple with just the basic stuff we need to get through the day. We don’t have any big posters or flashing lights outside. It’s just a door with a small nameplate. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking on the phone. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick break near the gate. It’s a small operation, so we all know each other well. There is no formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head out. Being in IC Colony means we are tucked away from the main road noise. It works for us. We just keep things moving and stay on top of the schedule. It is just a regular office in a regular residential building. We just do our daily work here and stay busy with the tasks.
