Rose Travels

Rose Travels is tucked away in Kashmiri Chawl, specifically room number one on Majas Road. If you know Jogeshwari-E in Mumbai, you know how tight the lanes can get. We’ve been operating from this small space for quite some time now. It’s basically just a room with some chairs and a lot of papers scattered around. We spend most of our day on the phone or talking to neighbors who want to go somewhere for the holidays. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but the fan keeps things moving. We aren’t a big agency with a website that does everything automatically. We still write things down and make calls to get things done. Mumbai is a fast city, but in our little corner of Jogeshwari, things feel a bit more personal. You walk in, sit down, and we talk about where you need to go. We know the bus routes and the train timings by heart. Majas Road is always full of people, and we like being right there where the action is. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit during monsoon, but we just move the desk and keep going. It’s just how it is here. We do our work, chat with the locals, and try to make sure people get their tickets on time.
