We are over at Plot No 1/7 in Ambika Society. If you’re in Malad West, you just look for the Fire Brigade station, and we are right across from it. It’s a handy landmark to give people when they are trying to find the place for the first time. Ambika Society is a pretty normal residential area, so it’s not like being in a cold commercial complex. We have our little corner here. Malad is always busy, especially with the fire station right there, you hear the sirens every now and then. It keeps things interesting. The office is just a plain room with some desks and maps and papers scattered around. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It is functional. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighbors all know us. Sometimes we stand outside on the plot for a bit of fresh air during a break. The traffic on the main road can be a lot, but inside the society, it’s a bit calmer. We handle a mix of things here, mostly just talking to people who walk in or call us up. It's a straightforward life. No fancy suits or corporate meetings, just us sitting at our desks in Malad, trying to stay on top of the day’s tasks. The monsoon rains sometimes leak a bit near the window, but we put a bucket there.
