If you have ever been to Lower Parel station, you know how chaotic it is. We are located at Durga Niwas on S.J. Marg, right near the station on the west side. Being on the second floor of 207 gives us a bit of a view of the crowds on Delisle Road. Romvi Realty & Infra Private Limited is a small operation. We do not have dozens of employees or a massive suite. It is just a few of us trying to make sense of the real estate and building world in Mumbai. It is a tough city to work in. There is always a new regulation or a delay with something. We spend our mornings responding to emails and the afternoons usually involve a lot of walking to nearby sites or government offices. The office is often messy with maps and folders everywhere. We do not mind. It feels like a place where things actually get done. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We basically help put buildings together or manage the infra side of things. It is practical, everyday stuff. Sometimes the noise from the trains and the street is a lot, but you get used to it. We have been in this 400013 area for a while now. We know the shortcut to the station and where to get the best snacks. We are just a local team doing our bit in a very busy part of the city.
