Our office for Rohan Developers is in B 1 at New Modern Society. We are located in Lokmanya Tilak Nagar, which is part of Sakinaka in Andheri East. This part of Mumbai is always crowded and noisy, but we like it that way. We’ve been here for quite some time now, just doing our thing with buildings and land. It’s a small office, nothing like those fancy places you see on TV with glass walls and uniforms. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to chat or ask about property prices. We try to give them the straight story without any of that sales talk. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but you get used to the chaos. We deal with a lot of paperwork and local permits, which can be a real headache some days. It’s just the way things are in this industry. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home. Most of our clients come from around Sakinaka or have friends who live here. We know the backstreets and the shortcuts around Andheri East pretty well. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually around from morning till late evening. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the area. It’s honest work, and we don't feel the need to polish it up. We just keep busy with whatever project is on the desk today.
