Rmp Tours Travels

Our office is in Flat 301, B Wing of Annur CHS, which is over in Malad West. It’s quite easy to find if you know where the Malwani bus depot is because we are just near that. Being in a residential building means it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Rmp Tours Travels is where we spend our hours looking at bus timings, train routes, and flight schedules. People from the society or the nearby blocks usually just walk in when they are planning a trip. Malad is always crowded, and the area around the bus depot is especially loud with all the horns and people rushing for their commute. Inside the flat, it’s a bit quieter though. We have a couple of computers and some chairs for people to sit while we figure out their travel plans. It’s not a big travel agency with a massive staff. It is just a few of us. We deal with the usual stuff like tickets and tours. Sometimes we are busy on the phone for hours trying to sort out a booking that got stuck. Other times it’s quiet and we just drink some chai and wait for the next person to come in. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. It’s a straightforward setup. We’ve been around this part of Malad for some time now, so people know where to find us when they want to go somewhere.
