You can find us at Anne Villa Building on 30th Road in Bandra West. Bandra is a very lively place to be, and 30th Road has its own specific character. Our setup here is pretty simple. It is an old building, the kind you find all over this part of Mumbai. We do not have a big sign or anything like that out front. People mostly know us through the community or because they have been coming here for many years. We do our work from this office and do not really feel the need for a lot of flash or fancy decorations. It is just Rizwan, and we handle whatever tasks come through the door each morning. Usually, it is meetings with locals or friends of friends who need something sorted out. The space inside Anne Villa is comfortable but very basic. We have our desks, our chairs, and a small area for guests to sit while they wait. Bandra West can be quite noisy with all the shops and cafes nearby, but once you are inside the building, it is quiet enough to get things done. We do not follow any strict corporate rules or have a polished employee handbook. We just treat people fairly and do what we said we would do. It is a very local way of running things. Sometimes we get caught up talking with neighbors.
