Rizvi Foundations

You can find us at Plot No 99 on Pali Hill, right across from Brownie Point. Bandra West is always moving fast, and our office is right in the middle of that energy on Dr Ambedkar Road. We work on foundations and building stuff, so there are usually blueprints spread out over the tables and a bit of dust from the sites we visit. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we plan out projects and meet with contractors. People know the landmark of the cake shop across the street better than they know our building number sometimes. We deal with a lot of technical drawings and structural details that keep us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes it is noisy because of the traffic on the hill, but we are used to it by now. We have been working around this part of Bandra for a long time. Our desks are covered in samples of materials and old site photos that have faded over the years. We don't do much in the way of fancy presentations; usually, it is just us explaining how a project is going to go over a cup of coffee. The walls have some maps of the local area pinned up so we can keep track of where everything is happening. It is a lot of hard work and making sure the numbers add up before any digging starts. We just do the job day by day.
