Our office is 113 in the Rajasthan Technical Centre. It’s tucked away in Ghatkopar West, right on H O D L Marg. If you know the area, we are directly opposite Shreyas Cinema, which usually has a crowd outside for the evening shows. Kala Chowki is a busy neighborhood, and there is always someone moving about. Riyo Tours & Travels has been operating from this spot for some time. The room isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the chairs for people who come in to ask about tickets or trips. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking on the phone. The Rajasthan Technical Centre is a functional building, nothing too flashy, just concrete and stairs. Sometimes the hallway is a bit dim, but our office is bright enough. We see all kinds of people coming through Ghatkopar. The traffic on the main road can be a real headache during the monsoon, but we manage. There is a lot of paper around the office, mostly brochures and printouts that we need to keep track of. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s more about sitting down and getting the bookings done right. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the keyboard and the ceiling fan. It is a local business and we like being part of this community.
