Riya Travels & Tours

Our office is at 13/A in Mumbai, postcode 400094. It is not in the fancy part of town, but it works for us. We handle travel and tours, mostly helping people get their tickets and visas sorted out. The space is small and usually a bit cluttered with travel brochures and stacks of forms. We have been here for a long time, so we know the neighborhood well. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you are coming from the main city, but we have our regular customers who don't mind. We don't have an air conditioner that works all the time, so we mostly rely on the big ceiling fans to keep things cool. It gets dusty because of the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the desks. Most days, it is just the sound of the keyboard clicking and someone talking to a client on the phone about flight timings. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to make sure people don't have issues when they get to the airport. It is a lot of looking at screens and waiting for confirmations. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh when things are quiet. We drink a lot of chai from the stall around the corner. It is a very normal, slightly messy place to work, but we like the pace of it.
