Riya Tours & Travels

We are located over at D/603 in the Lake View building, which is part of Lodha Heaven here in Dombivali East. If you know the Kalyan Shil Road, you know how busy it gets around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just a regular space where a few of us sit and handle all the travel bookings. Riya Tours & Travels started because we liked the idea of helping people figure out their trips without them having to worry too much about the details. Some days it’s just us answering phones and checking flight schedules on the computer. The view of the lake nearby is nice when we get a minute to actually look out the window. We spend a lot of time talking to local families who want to go on vacation or guys needing tickets for work trips. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We usually have some tea around four o'clock and talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood. People just drop in when they are passing by Lodha Heaven to ask about train timings or bus rates. It’s a simple setup we have here, and we just try to keep things organized so nobody misses their connections or ends up at the wrong hotel.
