Rishiz Coreprojects (Opc) Private Limited operates from a small room in Sipka Patel Chawl, which is located at 14 7, Irani Wadi. We are right on Hemu Kalani Road No 4, and the Nityanand Hotel is just a short walk away. Being an One Person Company, it’s a very small-scale operation. I handle most of the core project details myself with a little bit of help when needed. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space in the chawl where the desk is always buried under files and local permits. Irani Wadi is a crowded, lively place, and there’s always something going on outside our door. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. Most of our projects are local, and we rely heavily on people knowing us by name rather than through any big advertisements. We don't have a corporate mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on the building tasks we have in front of us. Some days are long and the heat in the room can be a bit much during the summer, but we just keep the fan on and keep working. The proximity to the hotel makes it easy to grab a quick meal when things get busy. It’s a very simple, grounded way of doing business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office; we just want to get our projects finished properly. It’s just us doing what we can with the tools we have.
