Our office is in the Sapna building, room 104, right on S.K. Bole Road in Dadar West. Being near Agar Bazar means there’s always a lot of activity and people moving around. Rishiraj Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for some time. Dadar is one of those places in Mumbai that has its own old-world feel, and we’re right in the middle of it. The building is an older one, but it works for us. We don't need a high-rise office to do our work. Most of our time is spent dealing with construction details and local permits. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but that’s the nature of development. We know the streets around S.K. Bole Road like the back of our hands. Sometimes the rain makes the bazar area a bit messy, but we still make it into the office every day. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team working out of room 104. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we’re better than anyone else. People who come to see us are usually locals from around Dadar or nearby. We talk to them plainly about what we’re building or fixing. It’s practical, everyday business for us. We’ve stayed here because we like the energy of Agar Bazar and the history of Dadar. It's a solid place to be for a company like ours.
