Rishi Tours & Travels is tucked away in the 2nd Block of Worli, specifically at 41396 on the 9th Cross of 7th Main. It is a bit of a specific address to find, but once you get here once, it is easy enough to remember. We have been operating out of this part of Worli for some time now. We are not a big travel agency with hundreds of employees or a call center. It is just a small team of us here handling the phones and the bookings. The office is cozy, though some people might call it a bit small for a business. We have old maps on the walls and plenty of diaries to keep track of everything manually. We handle trips for families and individuals mostly. It involves a lot of coordination with drivers and constantly checking schedules. Things do not always go perfectly, but we try to fix any mistakes as soon as they happen. We do not use a lot of fancy software or apps; we still prefer writing things down and making actual phone calls to people. The folks in the neighborhood know exactly where we are located. We do not do much in the way of social media or big advertisements. We just focus on the people who come through the door or call us up on the landline. It is a busy life, especially during the holiday seasons. We try to keep our heads down and just get the travel arrangements sorted.
