Our office is on the ground floor of 128/132 Kalbadevi. We are right next to the old bus stand, which is a very busy spot. Being near the State Bank of India is a big help because otherwise, people might get lost in these narrow streets. Kalbadevi is a hectic area with lots of traders and shoppers everywhere. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs for customers, and a lot of maps and schedules tucked away. It’s not a fancy travel lounge with free snacks. We are just a local agency helping people get where they need to go. We handle all sorts of bookings and travel plans throughout the day. The noise from the old bus stand is constant, but we don't even notice it anymore. We like the hustle and bustle of this part of town. It feels alive. Being on the ground floor means we get a lot of people just dropping in to ask a quick question. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but our little office stays pretty much the same. We don't have a marketing team or a social media manager. We just talk to the people who walk in and try to help them out. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day from this Kalbadevi spot.
