Richa Housing Projects Pvt. Ltd. is based at 101, Kshitij on Sena Bhavan Path in Dadar West. Being in Dadar means we are right in the heart of everything. The area around Sena Bhavan is always bustling with people and traffic, and there is a certain energy to it that you do not get elsewhere. Our office is on the first floor, so we can see the street from our windows. We have been working on various housing projects around here for quite some time now. Most of our work involves a lot of meetings with engineers and people from the city council. It is not always smooth sailing; sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, especially during those heavy Mumbai rains. We focus a lot on the redevelopment side of things because there are so many old buildings in Dadar that need work. We spend a lot of time talking to residents and explaining how the process works, which can be quite a long conversation. We are not a big, polished firm; we are just people who know the local streets and how the housing market works in this specific part of town. It is a lot of coordination and keeping track of small details, but we have been doing it long enough that we have a rhythm for it now.
