RIAAN CONSTRUCTION & INFRA LLP

We are located in Mulund West, specifically in the Nirmal Lifestyle corporate office area. RIAAN CONSTRUCTION & INFRA LLP takes up offices 704 to 706. It’s a pretty large complex, so it took us a while to get settled in when we first moved here. Being in Mumbai means everything is fast, and the construction business is no different. We deal with infrastructure stuff, which basically means a lot of concrete and heavy machinery on various sites. The office is where the planning happens, but the real work is always outside. You can usually find a few of us staring at maps or yelling into phones trying to coordinate with site supervisors. It’s not always organized, but we get the job done eventually. The traffic on the way to Mulund can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we tend to stay late to avoid the rush. We’ve got a mix of young guys and older experienced workers here. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just some chairs and a water cooler that works half the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part in building up the local infrastructure. It’s a lot of long hours and dusty clothes, but that’s what we signed up for. Every day is a bit different depending on which project is giving us trouble.
