We are located right across from the old bus depot in Juhu West. It is a spot that almost everyone around this part of town knows well. The office is quite small and usually has a lot of maps and old brochures lying around on the tables. Since we are right near the depot, it is always very active outside with buses coming and going at all hours. We spend our days helping people figure out where they want to go and how they can get there without spending too much. It is mostly local residents who stop by while they are out for a walk or heading to the market for their groceries. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big lobby with sofas. It is just a place where work happens. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the little stall nearby while we are going through long booking forms. The ceiling fans are always running because it gets quite warm in the afternoons here. We handle a bit of everything, from simple bus tickets to longer trips across the country. It is not a complicated operation at all. We just sit down with the customers and see what they need. If a hotel isn't available, we just keep looking for something else until it is all sorted out. It has been this way for years and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around, just one that people can talk to easily.
