Started the shop in Bandra West a while back. We're right near Shivsagar Restaurant at Shop 4 in Hill Trust. It’s a busy spot. Most days we are just sitting here handling train tickets or looking up flights for people who don't want to use their phones for it. People walk in with all sorts of questions about where to go or how to get a visa done without too much headache. It gets loud outside with the traffic on 16th Road but we’re used to it. We just do the work. There’s a lot of paperwork usually. Sometimes the printer acts up and we have to fix it while a customer waits. It isn't anything fancy here, just a regular office with a couple of chairs and some maps on the wall. We know the neighbors pretty well. We’ve been around this part of Bandra for a bit now. If someone needs a car for a trip or just a bus ticket to the next town, we handle it. It’s mostly just making sure the dates are right and people get where they’re going. Sometimes we stay late when it's holiday season. It’s just how it goes in the travel business. We try to keep things simple and clear. No big promises, just getting the bookings done so people can get on with their plans. That's about it for us.
