Renuka Tours & Travels

We’re located over in Shri Sainath Nagar, along the Veera Desai area in Andheri West. We’re pretty close to the Outer Ring Road, which makes it easy for our drivers to get in and out of the neighborhood. Renuka Tours & Travels started because we liked the idea of helping people get from one place to another without too much fuss. Our office is small, just a couple of desks and a lot of old maps and schedules pinned to the walls. It’s nothing fancy, just a functional place to coordinate the cars and talk to customers on the phone. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside in the colony. We’ve got a handful of drivers who have been with us for years. They know the city routes and the shortcuts better than anyone else. We mostly handle local trips or helping people get to the airport on time. The traffic in Andheri can be a real nightmare, so we spend a lot of time planning the best ways to avoid the worst jams. We don't have a big glossy brochure or a fancy booking app. Usually, someone calls us because their neighbor used us before and it went okay. It’s a simple setup. We keep the cars clean and try our best to be on time. Sometimes there’s a delay because of a breakdown or a closed road, but we always try to make it work. Just a local travel desk doing our bit for the neighborhood.
