Renovatic Infrastructure Private Limited is just a group of us who know our way around Mumbai’s construction needs. Living and working in a chawl means you’re always around people, so there’s never a quiet moment. We handle various infrastructure projects, mostly around the suburban areas. It’s 400097, so we’re right in the thick of it. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. We have a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of grit. The streets here are narrow, so getting equipment in and out can be a real headache sometimes. But we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are. We just focus on the daily grind. Some days we are fixing up old structures, other days we are starting something new from the ground up. It’s a bit chaotic, like most of Mumbai, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re just local people doing local work, trying to keep up with the pace of the city. It’s honest and it’s what we know. We keep the equipment ready and the spirit high, even when the monsoon hits.
