You can find us at Row House No. 11 in the Vidyut Cooperative Housing Society, which is located in Sector-7 of Vashi. Being in a row house is a bit different from being in a high-rise office; it feels much more connected to the neighborhood. We have a small bit of space out front where we sometimes park the scooters. Inside, the Reliance Retail Ltd office is spread across the ground floor and the level above. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we manage by keeping things as tidy as we can. The society is usually quiet, though you get the occasional vendor shouting their wares on the street. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people living nearby. Our work isn't anything fancy—it’s mostly just tracking shipments, answering emails, and dealing with the usual daily headaches that come with retail. We don't have any polished corporate language to use here. We just talk like normal people and get our tasks finished on time. The furniture is functional, the tea is usually hot, and we just focus on the day-to-day reality of running things from this Vashi address. It’s a practical setup for a practical job, and that’s exactly how we like it. We don't need anything more than a working phone and a bit of patience.
