Our office is over in Airoli, specifically at Kunal Apartments in Sector 9. We are on the fourth floor, room 402. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads around here. We spend our time dealing with insurance papers and claims for folks around Navi Mumbai. People come in with questions about their cars or health policies, and we try to explain the forms without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of reading and typing. The desks are a bit cluttered with folders, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It's just a place where work happens. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we know the area pretty well. We handle the renewals and help when someone has an accident and needs to figure out what to do next. It can be a bit dry, talking about policies all day, but it’s what we do for a living. We try to be clear about what’s covered and what isn’t. Sometimes the phones ring more than we’d like, but that’s just the job. If you’re in Sector 9, you’ve probably walked past our building a few times. We just keep things moving along. Nothing fancy, just insurance work in a regular apartment building. We stay until the evening usually. It's just us here making sure the records are updated and the signatures are in the right place.
