Our office is in the Shiv Triveni Galleria building in Sanpada. We are up on the third floor in A-302. Sector-8 is a pretty busy part of Navi Mumbai, with a lot of commercial buildings around. We handle a lot of the communication services from this location. It’s mostly desks and computers here. People come in when they have issues with their connections or need to update their plans. It’s a bit of a maze in the building sometimes, but look for plot number thirteen. We have a small team working here. We deal with a lot of paperwork and technical troubleshooting over the phone. It’s not a very fancy place, just a regular office with fluorescent lights and some coffee mugs on the desks. Outside, the traffic in Sanpada can be a bit much during the day. We usually grab lunch from the stalls nearby. The internet stays busy here, obviously. We try to get through the queue of customer requests as fast as we can. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the network acts up. It's a practical place to work. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping people connected and managing the accounts. We have some plants by the window that don't get much sun, but they're still hanging on. It's just our little corner of the city where we keep things running.
