Reliance Communication

Since our main contact point is just this email address, Sajal.Baisakhiya@Gmail.Com, we don't really have a physical shopfront where people come to visit. This is more of a digital setup where we handle everything through our screens and phones. It’s a bit of a modern way to run things, but it works for what we do with Reliance Communication. I usually sit at my desk at home or in a small shared space and manage all the queries that come in through the inbox. It’s not like those big telecom centers with hundreds of people in headsets. It’s just me and a few others checking messages and trying to solve problems as they pop up. Sometimes the inbox gets flooded and it takes a while to get through everything, but we try to be thorough. We don't use any automated bots to reply to people. Every email is read and answered by a real person. It might take a bit longer that way, but it feels more honest. We don't have a fancy office with a view or a big logo on the wall. Our presence is mostly just in the replies we send out. It’s a simple, low-overhead way to keep things moving. We handle a lot of technical stuff and coordination, all from this one email account. It’s a bit unconventional, but in today’s world, you don't always need a brick-and-mortar building to get the work done and stay connected with everyone.
